If the objects is not subjected to the law, like for example, those belonging to museum, art made by artists around the world or even old objects from UNESCO, then they can be replicated or copied for personal use.
Here you can see a fire place door that I’ve copied for a client and some brass handles.
I can’t possible know every object subjected to the law, and catalogs and internet are the best I can use in searching an object. That’s why the client will have to sign a contract with me for this types of works in which they declare the fact that the law allows them to copy the object. They also have to state that the object is not stolen.
